Facade Works
A facade takes everything Luxembourg weather delivers — frost in January, direct sun in July, rain most months in between. If the surface wasn’t prepared and finished properly the first time, that shows up as cracks, damp patches, and peeling within a few years.
Panorama Construction carries out facade renovation to the technical standards the material and climate require. We don’t just paint over problems.
Our painting process:
- Surface assessment and preparation
- Crack repair and structural levelling
- Application of decorative plaster — textured, smooth, mineral-based
- Facade painting with weatherproof coatings
- Installation of facade cladding panels (composite, fibre cement, wood effect)
- Replacement or restoration of cornices, drains, trims and windowsills
- Sealing of joints around windows and penetrations
We schedule facade work around the weather. Certain plasters and paints require minimum temperature and dry conditions to cure correctly. We plan the work window accordingly and don’t rush an application just to finish faster.
All finishes used meet current Luxembourg and EU material standards. We can advise on colour and texture choices that work with your building’s period and the surrounding neighbourhood — practically useful in areas where local authorities have preferences.
Work includes full protection of windows, doors and surrounding surfaces. The site is left clean at end of each day.
