Terrace Renovation
A terrace renovation in Luxembourg has one priority above everything else: water management. A surface that doesn’t drain properly, or a waterproofing layer that was applied on top of an existing problem, will fail. Sometimes within one winter.
At Panorama, we start with the substrate. If there’s a waterproofing issue, we fix it at the source before any new surface goes down.
Terrace renovation scope:

Luxembourg has a significant amount of flat-roof apartment terraces from the 1970s–1990s with original waterproofing that was never replaced. If you’re seeing damp on the ceiling of the room below, or standing water after rain, the renovation needs to start with the membrane, not the tiles.
For balconies: insulation matters, especially on north-facing exposures. We can add thermal and acoustic insulation as part of the floor rebuild, which makes the space usable more of the year.
We handle terraces from 5m² balconies to 80m² roof terraces. The scope and quote depend on what’s there now and what you want it to be.
