Eligible works may include labour-related renovation services, repair works, installation, finishing, and other qualifying improvements performed in residential properties.

 

Important Information

The 3% VAT rate generally applies to qualifying residential properties used as a main residence, subject to AED approval and applicable legal conditions.

Some materials, decorative items, luxury features, outdoor elements, or non-eligible works may remain subject to the standard 17% VAT rate.
